This is going onto day three of seriously cutting the junk out of my diet. Somewhere along the way recently, I started eating like complete shit. There is no reason for me to be running 20-25 miles per week and be gaining weight. It started with late-night diner outings, to taking a piece or two of chocolate from the pantry when getting home from work at night, to keeping bags of jelly beans in my car. It’s cutting into the quality of my workouts, and giving me nightmares of looking like a blimp in my bikini. Soooo thanks to some coworkers, I’ve started keeping myself in check. It’s not enough to lose weight, but to keep it off is a whole other constant battle, especially since I work with chocolate and ice cream. I’ve survived my mother’s birthday and an 11-hour shift without eating any junk food. Mentally, I’m still strong. Let’s see where I’m at at 3pm..
